Employment Litigation

                    Employment litigation requires a much more detailed and patient approach than most forms of litigations. The typical employment claim is Federal and requires undergoing a screening process to be granted the right to proceed from a Federal agency. The procedure set out by the government requires filing a grievance sometimes within six months which is the shortest time of any statue of limitations, even Tennessee has a one year period for most claims.

                     After filing the claim, you then have to wait six months to be granted the right to proceed on your claim. The upside is that employment laws are fairly clear cut and the cases straightforward to try.
