Fees

I believe in being up front about fees. It’s also so much easier and more direct for everyone involved to not have to call to price shop.

$150 / hour General legal and consultative.
$100/ hour Mediations + $100 Setup Fee- These have a four hour minimum. Mediations are great work for lawyers so I charge less. You can require payment in advance, not be locked into a case for years, and have a predictable workload.
$800 Basic Incorporations. This is for up to 4 hours of work and up to 4 followup phone or email consults on general business matters following. You will need to setup your own tax compliance or I can recommend a CPA.
